Return & Exchange Conditions
RETURN/CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- First of all, thank you for your order. For domestic online orders, exchange and return requests are accepted only if submitted within 14 days of delivery to the official address found on our contact page.
- For products you believe to be faulty or defective, you must notify our company in writing within 2 days of the delivery date. Otherwise, the claim will not be accepted.
- Please note that you are responsible for shipping any items you wish to return or exchange until they arrive. Items returned for exchange must be in their original condition, undamaged, and with their original packaging and accessories. Products with removed labels will be considered used, and the right to withdraw from the purchase will be waived; therefore, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Consumers do not have the right to withdraw from or return products that have been specially prepared according to their needs and demands.
CONDITIONS FOR CHANGE
- The exchange process is a one-time only. A second exchange is not possible, and products can only be returned. If an exchange is desired, the customer must cover the shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by our company. You can send the product you wish to exchange to us via any shipping company you choose, with the sender paying for shipping costs.
- Used, lost its originality. And we absolutely do not accept exchanges for products without labels.
THE CHANGE PROCESS
- Once the product reaches us, it will be checked to ensure it meets the exchange requirements.
- If the product meets the exchange conditions, the exchange process will be completed within 2-5 business days.
- If the product does not meet the exchange conditions, it will be returned to your address with the recipient paying the shipping costs.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Returns and exchanges on discounted items. It is not accepted.
- Returns are absolutely not accepted for used, defective, or missing items.
- Returns of products damaged due to use (torn, deformed, broken, etc.) are not accepted.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by our company. You can send the product you wish to return to us via any shipping company you choose, with the shipping cost paid by the sender.
- According to legal regulations, all orders are shipped with a delivery note and invoice. For returns, please ensure you have the original documents sent to you. Returns are not accepted for products without an invoice.
- For products that are to be returned, the cost of the MANC Gift Box, which was purchased separately with the product, will not be refunded as the box cannot be reused. The cost of boxes damaged during shipping will be deducted from the refund due to their irreparable condition.

For footwear returns to be accepted, the product packaging must be undamaged, the protective seal unopened, the labels intact, and the product unused, maintaining its resale value. Products with shipping labels attached to the original box and taped with shipping tape are unacceptable. The product must be returned in the same condition as when received.
RETURN PROCESS
- Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected to determine if it meets the return conditions.
- If the product meets the return conditions, the return process will be completed within 15 business days.
- Depending on your bank, the funds will be transferred to your account within 3 to 5 business days.
- If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be returned to your address with the recipient paying the shipping costs.
